Floral Mall cannot cancel or change orders already in process by the florist, en route or delivered. We process the Same-day orders immediately and usually cannot be changed. However, if you wish to make any changes for an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, you need to call us on our helpline no. +91 9555945206 or get in
touch with our representative through our online live support at our website. No such request would be entertained via email.
 We deliver/ship on all weekdays (including Sunday), excluding public holidays/national holidays.
 If the recipient believes that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, he or she should refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at [email protected], mentioning order/reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
 Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.
 The image displayed for any product on our website is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
 No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained. However, we will try our best to get the delivery done as per requested time.
 In case of floods / heavy rains / national bandh / agitation / curfew etc or any other natural calamity / disaster, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date depending upon the situation.
 At times, alternate flowers are arranged due to regional or seasonal unavailability of those flowers selected by you. In the event of any such issue our experienced florist will ensure that the design/style and color scheme of the selected arrangement/bouquet/bunch remains intact and substitute the same with equal or higher value flowers.
 In order to ensure the same day delivery of your order, please place your order before or by 2:00 pm. For the order placed thereafter for the same day delivery, we will try our best to execute the delivery same day. However, no such commitment is given. In this case, if order is not deliverd the same day, it will be delivered the next day.
 Floral Mall will not be responsible for the followings:
 Flowers, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer/sender.
 Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
 Any Decrease in product quality due to delayed delivery arising from an incorrect/incomplete delivery address supplied by the sender/customer, or a re-route/re-scheduled requested by the sender.
 Any variation in product quality caused by improper handling by the recipient.
 If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Instructions box during completing the order form. In all other cases, if the recipient is not available at home when the delivery is attempted, the delivery person will either:
 Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.

 Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
 Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other
 Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.
 Floral Mall attempts the delivery of an order only Once. In the event, if the delivery is not done during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong phone/Mobile number or Extension number which may cause us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/Neighbour.
 A Midnight Delivery orders will be done anytime between 11.45 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned/requested delivery date. While placing an order for a midnight delivery on the website, the date that should be chosen should be the one before the occasion date.
For example, if the occasion is on 14 February 2012 please select the delivery date as
13 February 2012. At present, midnight delivery facility is available only in select Indian cities (Please check the delivery city list before placing your midnight delivery order).
 An order placed under Fixed Time Delivery option, is generally delivered any time (+) or (-) 15 minutes of the requested time of delivery. However, in some extreme unavoidable conditions, the delivery may even get delayed or preponed.
 For any order cancellations or changes we need to be notified at least one day prior to the selected delivery date. You can write to us at support@floralmall.in regarding your order cancellation/modification. Please do not forget to provide us with your order number. In case of any cancellation, please provide a specific reason for the cancellation of your order.
